First of all Happy Monday to all my readers new and old. This morning as I

put my teabag in my  mug and pure the hot water in, I notice the little message on the tag of my teabag (for those who drink yogi tea you know that have a little motivational message) and it said: Walk beautifully, Talk beautifully, Live beautifully and I took that as a little self reminder to just try to be a good person all around. Talk to yourself and others nicely and spread positive vibes. Walk with confidence and power, demand respect when you enter a room. Live like everyday could be your last day on this earth, do the things you want to do, go wherever you wanna go don’t let anyone stop you or hold you back.
