Things I Try To Live By Tuesday

  1. Wake up early before 8

  2. Write a to-do list

  3. Play calming music

  4. Eat a good breakfast

  5. Wash your face

  6. Do a little exercise

  7. Turn your phone off for 30 mins

  8. Declutter your phone (pics, messages, emails)

  9. Take deep breaths 5 times

  10. Relax
